It is disappointing to witness such an unprofessional way of handling the customers. I had ordered a 3 set jhabla vest (9-12 month) and a night suit on 26.08.24. On delivery i noticed that all 3 set of jhabla was of different size i.e. one was newborn size, other was 3-6 month and third was 9-12 month. Further, the night suit was also not of standard size of 9-12 month which did not fit my 7 month baby. With great difficulty I was able to connect your customer care who assured that the return will be initiated. The return process was commenced and on 10.09.24, i got a message stating the product has reached your warehouse. However, the refund was not initiated. Ever since, i have been reaching out to your team persistently and till date, i.e. 04 Oct, i have not got my refund back. It is highly disappointing to see that the product has been taken back without any exchange nor refund of money. This was my second order with your company and I was looking forward to have a long association with your brand considering upcoming requirements of my growing baby . However, I thoroughly regret to see such unprofessional attitude of your team !!
