1. Dairy Products 

Milk is a good source of calcium, which is essential to the development of your developing baby's bones during pregnancy. However, there are some cheeses and dairy products that you should avoid during pregnancy, as they may adversely affect your health or your baby's health.

2. Sweet Potato 

The nutrient folate is extremely important during pregnancy. Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of beta carotene, which your body converts to vitamin A. Cell differentiation and growth are dependent on vitamin A, which helps babies grow and develop.

3. Avocado

Avocados are packed with healthy fats, as well as important nutrients like potassium and folate. All of these elements contribute to the growth and development of a fetus. The health benefits of avocados are enormous, making them a great choice for pregnant women.
